These terms govern your use of escapepoolservices.com and the residential pool services provided by Escape Pool Services ("we," "us"). By using the site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.
The website
The site is provided to give homeowners information about our services and to request a quote. Pricing, availability, and details are subject to change. Information on the site is for general guidance and is not a binding offer until confirmed in writing or in your service agreement.
Quotes and pricing
"Starting at $199/mo" reflects our typical entry price for a standard residential pool on a weekly schedule in our service area. Final price depends on pool size, condition, and access. We will give you a flat-rate quote before service begins.
Free filter cleaning offer
The free filter cleaning is a one-time service for new customers who sign up for a weekly maintenance plan. It is scheduled within the first month of service and consists of a standard filter disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and reassembly. The offer has no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers, and is limited to one per household. We reserve the right to modify or end the offer at any time, but we will honor it for any customer who has already signed up before a change.
No long-term contracts
Weekly service is month-to-month with no contract. You can cancel at any time by giving us reasonable notice (typically a week so we can adjust the route).
Calls and text messages
By submitting our form or providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us about your quote and our services, including by automated means. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for service in the month the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris or Montgomery County, Texas.
